Andrew Diffenbaugh has 30 years of physician recruitment, and marketing experience and is a subject matter expert in the field. He regularly consults with community hospitals, large healthcare systems, and physician groups to create successful recruitment strategies and campaigns. He is a past member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters, MGMA, National Physician Recruiters Association and NCHCR. His background includes a Director, Corporate Medical Staff Development for a large, publicly traded healthcare system and leadership roles that span 30 years in Corporate and Agency recruitment. He regularly consults for Academic medical centers. His ability to establish relationships with healthcare professionals instills confidence and trust and is a key to developing long-term relationships.
The firms’ associates, are healthcare executive who have a combined 75 years’ experience in recruitment and healthcare operations with the founding of his first recruitment firm 1990. During this time, they have placed hundreds of physicians throughout the United States. While we recruit primarily in Dermatology, EM, Family Medicine, Neurology, and Neurosurgery. We will recruit other specialties as requested. Our group has a long standing history of recruitment in Psychiatry and related subspecialties. We are in regular contact with many of the 250+ residency programs and the 300+ fellowship programs in the US.
